    Hi there, no recipe? I know this is an old post, but I just made a Punjabi-style aloo gobi today, just too lazy to write about it but I will within the week! Found your site because I just wanted to see how others made theirs! :) cheers!

    Shilpa, i made mine the same way i make all handi just put aloo first then gobi towards the last 20 mins, instead of meet. i use 3 onions, 3 tomotoes, jeera (little) pakistani basaar salt ginger garlic 3 cloves and 4 chillis green 1 gobi large and 4 potatoes
