- Cabbage
- Potato
- Tomato
- Green peas
- Chives
- Green Chilly
- Turmeric, Zeera, Dhaniya powder
- Bay Leaves, full zeera
I tried this today but forgot to take the photograph, but it came out really nice
Do tarka of full zeera, bay leaf, Chives, onions & green chilly. Once Onion brownish & chives on the crispy side, add potato cubed medium size. Mix and after 5 mins, add chilly powder, zeera powder, turmeric powder and dhaniya powder.
Add cabbage, mix and cook for 10 mins.
Add tomato and cook for for sometime. (I added a few pieces of lemon grass for flavor)
Add green peas and salt to taste and cook untill cabbage & Aloo is fully cooked. You can sprinkle little water in between to avoid it being to dry.
Great with chapati or as a side dish with rice.

Even though cooking is my hobby…and love to cook always….but i miss the PURE MANIPURI DISHES, mostly the Utsav mathel,Cairaoba, Ningol Chakaoba. Its really great and appreciate you…please do update
