Here is a recipe from Rebecca, m gonna try one of these days .. I love crabs !!!
- Sliced garlics
- Curry leaves
- Curry powder
- Chilli pastes(optional if u prefer spicy one)
- Oil, salt, sugar and some water.
1)fry the sliced garlics in the wok and put in curry leaves..fry till fragrant.
2)add in curry powder and then chili paste.Continue to fry.
3)add in crabs and fry for 3-4 minutes and then add in some water
4)cover the wok for a while
5)open the cover and continue to fry till the paste is enuff densed.
if u like sour taste..can add in some tamarind juice
