Hawaijar Akangba (Dried fermented soyabeans) – 1 TBS
2 Green Chilly – sliced very very thin
Maroi (onions, coriander, spring onions, tokningkok) – chopped really thin
Salt to taste
Wash “Hawaijar Akangba” in water and with very very little water microwave it for 7 secs. Mix salt , chilly & maroi. Great as a side dish. Easy to make and it’s really fast.
BEWARE of the smell though 🙂 can be quite dangerous for People who haven’t tasted Hawaijar earlier.
