ummmmm this was really tasty and sounded fast to make, I tasted this from one of my collegues lunch box 🙂
Here is the recipe shared by him, I will try soon
– 1 Can of kabuli Channa
– 1 small can of tomato puree
In a pressure cooker vessel, do tarka in oil of Onions, ginger, garlic, full zeera, red chilly powder, chole masala, and little garam masala.
Add tomato puree & salt to taste
Add the kabuli channa from the can and little water as per the curry consistency you like, and put the lit of the pressure cooker. Let it whisle for 2 times & let it cool.
Sounded easy and tasted awesome with chapati, will try soon.
