Chicken Curry

Chicken, Onions sliced, Potato-cubed, Tomatoes-small cubes, Ginger Garlic paste,  

Grinder Mix – Fry grated coconut, small onions sliced, curry leaves & fennel seeds in coconut oil, when it turns brown, add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder. Remove from fire & blend it with littlr water when it cools down.

Mix the above mix with chicken, onions, potato, tomato, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt and cook till done by adding water. Add slitted green chillies & tarka <small onions & curry patta in coconut oil>
