Fish – Tilapia, cut into small/ medium size pieces
Masala – Ginger Garlic paste, Red chilly powder, Turmeric powder, Black pepper powder, Fish masala powder, Lemon Juice, Salt
Preparation – Marinate the fish with all the masala & keep in the refrigerator for 30 mins, Shallow fry fish with oil in a non stick pan. Cover the pan while frying. Garnish with onion slices.
