Potato – 2 large, cut into small pieces & cook in microvave in plain water for 7 – 10 mins
Onions – 2 Large, cut into small cube shape
Masala – Haldi/turmeric powder, chilly powder, panch phoron & salt
Preparation – Heat oil in a pan & put the pan phoron masala & put onions, stir & fry till onions is slightly brown. Add Haldi/turmeric powder & red chilly powder. Add cooked potato. Stir & cook for 5 mins in medium – low heat. Add salt to taste & garnish it with coriender leave.
This is very good as a side dish or a quick subji to eat with Chapati.
