Ground Lamb/Goat Meat
Sooji – Add water & soak it for 20 mins
oil, sahi zeera, chopped small cube onions, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, crushed black pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, chopped garlic, salt.
Heat oil in pan <small amount of oil>, sahi zeera <black zeera>, chopped cubed onions cut small, salt, tumeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool.
Meat, soaked Sooji <squeeze water>/bread crumbs, add the above mix, add 1 egg – Mix it well & adjust masala <add salt & chilly powder as required> and make balls.
1/2 teaspoon Oil, chopped garlic, drop in meat balls immediately, after 2 mins, turn the balls , after 10 mins – the meat balls will be cooked, add green chilly, add crushed black pepper, add little soya sauce.
