Atta + oil + salt + water – make it as a soft dough , keep it for 15 mins

v v little oil<oil will come out of the meat later>, chopped onions, salt, turmeric, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tomato – all cooked & dry – add minced meat – cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala – cook in shallow pan so that moisture will go off & will dry soon. Add chopped coriander leaves.

Cool it down. <if the mix is too oily, cool it by putting it over a tissue paper>

dough & mix should be 1:1

dough – Edges are thin & middle is thick, add the mix & roll out the paratha <take out air bubble by poking with a fork>. Press with cloth. Spread butter & turn to the other side.
