Roomali Roti

Mix atta, all purpose flour or maida <1:1> , salt – make it a soft dough – let it rest for 15 mins.

make 2 dough , flatten it , take ghee and put one on top of the other & make it as a very thin chapati.

tawa should be super hot, make the roomali roti, turn only once once the roti makes small bubble.
