Sabudana Vada

Sabudana – soak it for 2 – 3 hrs, wash with cold water

Potato – grate it , squeeze out the moisture
Green chilly
coriander leaves
curry leaves
chilly powder
salt
finely chopped onions
sabudana – squeeze out water
rice flour
chat masala

Mix the above ingredients nicely & make it as small dumpling, flatten it. Deep fry in hot hot oil. <if oil is not hot, oil will be absorbed>
