Simple & fast !!!

Semolina/Sooji
Onions – cut in small cubes, chopped ginger, green chilly & curry leaves
cumin seed, mustard seed, channa dal, peanut/cashew, turmeric powder, salt

Heat oil, mustard seed <splutter>, cumin seed, peanuts/cashew nut & channa Dal – Fry in medium flame untill peanut is cooked

Add chopped ginger, green chilly & curry leaves

Add little hing

Add onions (small cubes) and saute them

Add little turmeric

Add salt

Add water < 2 cup water: 1 cup Sooji>

Boil it

Add Sooji slowly & wisk it

Cover and simmer for 2 mins, Let it rest for 3 – 5 mins. Serve with coconut chutney / Banana
