Mixie – <soak red chilly, cumin in vinegar & warm water>, grated coconut, little mustard seed, chopped tomatoes – make a nice paste – add few shrimp & make a paste.
Heat Oil – whole garam masala <bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamon, clove >, finely chopped onions, salt – cook till brown in color, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste.
Add the mixie paste, add coriender powder & black pepper powder. Cook in slow flame untill oil is separated. Add some water <don’t add too much, some moisture will come out of shrimp later>, bring it to boil. Add little sugar, add shrimp, green chilly, chopped coriender leave – cook for 8-10 mins.
