Coconut Chutney

Mixie – Frozen coconut from Store, 2 small onions, Chilly powder <Red color, not the spicy one, only for color>, Salt , Water – Make a paste, run the mixie for 2 mins with a break after 1 min.

Phordini – small onions cut really small pieces, Red chilly cut into pieces by hand, curry patta – fry in coconut oil, once done, take these ingredients on the side & put mustard seeds & let it sputter.

Add the mixie paste & add water, salt as per taste.
