Mango Curry

Peel ripe Mango <Take off the skin> & cook in water with turmeric, green chilly & salt – 10 mins

Mixie – Coconut, Zeera & Small onions – make a paste. Add this paste & cook it.

Add 1/2 cup of Yougurt. Adjust gravy <medium consistency>, salt & spice as required.

Do phordini – oil <coconut preferred>, small onions, red chilly, curry leaves & mustard seeds spluttered.
